Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your seat at any time before the cohort begins and receive a full refund of the ₹5,000 booking amount.

Your seat also includes 2 live demo classes. If you attend them and decide the program is not for you, tell us and we refund the ₹5,000 in full, no questions asked.

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and there is no cancellation fee or notice period.

• Cancelling stops all future renewals.
• You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for — cancelling does not cut you off mid-month.
• Within the first 7 days of a new membership, cancelling also qualifies you for a full refund under our Refund Policy.

If you set up an automatic payment (UPI AutoPay, card mandate or e-NACH) through Razorpay, you can cancel it in two ways:

• Ask us — email musicwithbasslila@gmail.com and we will cancel the mandate from our side.
• Or cancel it yourself from your bank or UPI app, under the mandates or autopay section.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the next scheduled date. Mandates are presented to your bank in advance, so a last-minute cancellation may not stop that cycle — if a payment is taken after you asked us to cancel, we refund it in full.

Recorded courses are a one-time purchase with no recurring billing, so there is nothing to cancel and no future charge to stop. The purchase is final once made — see our Refund Policy.

Occasionally we may need to postpone a cohort or a live class. If we reschedule, you may move to the next cohort at no extra cost or take a full refund of everything you have paid — your choice.

If we cancel a program outright, we refund everything you have paid for it in full, without you having to ask.
